1. Digital Nature of Products Due to the nature of digital software licenses, once a product key has been delivered and viewed by the customer, it is considered "used" and is generally non-refundable.

2. Performance Guarantee We provide a 100% Activation Guarantee. If a license key is found to be defective or fails to activate, Apex Digital Distribution LTD will provide a replacement key at no additional cost or a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Refund Conditions Refunds may be granted if:

• The product key is proven to be defective by our support team.

• The product has not been delivered to the customer within 24 hours.
